Liberty Title Company began operating in October 1993 with its first branch location opening in Winter Park, Florida. While the branch had brought some measure of success, primarily serving mortgage brokers and lenders, the owners realized that there was a need for a more “ hands on” management approach as well as expansion of its client base. In January of 1997, Debbie Hammons, an experienced manager and closing professional was hired as President and Managing Partner with the goal of overseeing the day to day operations and to seek expansion opportunities.
Liberty Title Company currently has 3 branches located in Winter Park, Mt. Dora and Port St. John and is continuously searching for opportunities to expand to other real estate markets. The closing staff and their assistants are top notch professionals who will always go the extra mile for a client to “get the deal done”. With the utilization of experienced mobile closers, Liberty Title Company is able to handle real estate transactions throughout the entire State of Florida.
Through the years Liberty Title Company has proven to be a strong, resilient and highly professional title agency that has stood the test of time and we celebrated its 20th year anniversary in October 2013…… a milestone, to be sure.
